  I had a very good experience with Eric through a troubling time. He took my call the night I got in trouble and continued to be very available whenever I had any questions or just needed to talk. His knowledge of the process and individuals within the system enabled me to get the best outcome available to me. His rate was very reasonable. I especially liked his flat rate approach as it allowed me to feel free to call him when I had a question without worrying about running up my bill. If you find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney, give him a call. You won’t be disappointed or judged unfairly.

  It's amazing how one good man can change the course of your life... I was accused of a serious crime and charged with 2 felonies based upon false accusations. Eric Thole (and others) gathered multiple pieces of evidence that exonerated me. The prosecutor dropped all charges before it even went to the first hearing and the judge subsequently exponged all record of it. This is exactly why we need good lawyers like Eric in this world. Not all that are accused are guilty and without his diligence I'm certain that I would not be a free man! Thank you for the work you did to help me clear my name Eric! Your indebted friend, Dean

  We hired Eric early spring of 2013. He was recommended to us by a friend who had seen Mr. Thole in action at court. Nervous and scared for our family and future we chose Eric after speaking with him by phone. He was detailed and attentive to our needs and goals from the very beginning. He lived up to what we had hoped for in regards to litigation and/or settlement. He was extremely knowledgeable in the courtroom and well respected by everyone this was obvious. We never felt afraid to call him with our concerns or needs throughout the entire process. Even weekends! Mr. Thole went above and beyond for his clients; he is a busy lawyer but always found time for us. I would highly recommend Eric Thole to anyone in the future.
