  Nancy and John were amazing to work with and they helped me when I needed it and wasn't sure what to do. They took the time to fit me in in a pinch and talked with me on every step of the way.

  I had a bad head injury from a (now previous) job. I did everything I was supposed to do and after giving me workman’s comp for a few weeks, it was pulled. They said it never happened, basically. I didn’t know what to do but I reached out to Malone and Bailey on a recommendation and they helped me. They guided me through a whole process with them against my employer. There were so many times I wanted to give up, but they stayed the course with me and helped me settle the case. While I wish my previous employer would admit their wrongdoing, I’m still grateful for what I got thanks to Nancy and John. They really care and I will forever be grateful for their help. Thank you guys so much!

  I've had a wonderful experience working with the Malone Bailey law firm. I had a nasty fall on ice at work. This resulted in broken ribs, concussion and other injuries. Workmans Comp proved to be difficult to work with. They suggested my injuries were a pre-existing condition or related to a disease I do not have. That's when I called John Malone. Immediately he made me feel that I really counted. Some months later we arrived at a positive and acceptable settlement. As I told the good people at Malone and Bailey: I am Grateful!!!!! Frederick S

  I can't work due to back pain. I haven't been able to for years. I thought we were going for disability for my back, after all that's the reason. Kept a pain journal went to therapy and doc appointments. Asked Nancy what else I can do to strengthen my case. 3 times I emailed her. The day before my hearing or morning of John calls me and he changed my disability reason for mental health. I have been hiding it and not seeing a doc. Had I known I would have made appointments to strengthen my case. He probably spent a total of 1 minute pleading my case. Needless to say I lost. Total disappointment. He will not fight for you. If a win is not handed to him you are screwed!!! Use any other lawyer, please it's for your own good.
