Evenson Decker, P.A., has served St. Cloud and the surrounding area for more than 40 years. Our attorneys and staff live and work in the community and have developed ongoing personal connections with many of our clients. Over the years, we have considered expanding into a larger organization, but we decided that maintaining our size was the best way maintain a high level of service while building long-term relationships. Simply put, our focus is on serving our clients and getting things done.
We have helped countless families through our estate planning and family practice while building strong networks in the business and real estate communities through our real estate, business and employment law practice. - LLLTS Holdings LLCMay 23, 20181.0Rookie mistake! Always get quotes for work in writing so there's no ambiguity later. Started working with Chris on an eviction. Was quoted $700, flat fee as they "perform lots of evictions and are right across from the court house". Soon after we started the process Chris took a leave of absence and passed us on to Aaron. The next mistake we made was not clarifying with Aaron that the rate would stay the same! We still assumed the $700 flat rate as we were still with the same law firm. Eviction complete, simple process as the tenant didn't show up to contest. Few weeks late the bill showed up for almost DOUBLE the quoted price!! Called and explained to Aaron the price quoted by Chris and was told, sorry he doesn't work here anymore there isn't anything we can do. Don't make the same mistakes we did!!
