I recently went through a divorce and worked with Breanne Glesener from Groshek Law. First, she was wonderful and made a difficult situation good. Breanne offered excellent advice, communicated in a timely and professional manner, was readily available to me and filed paperwork in a timely manner. The whole process took less than 3 months, beginning to end and a think a lot of that had to do with Breanne advocating for me with the other lawyer and pushing things forward when they got stalled. I was willing to 'give away the farm' just to be done with things and Breanne made sure I didn't and worked to get a fair deal for me. The final deal was better than I could have ever hoped for and was fair for all parties. Not that I hope anyone else has to get a divorce, but if you do, Breanne Glesener and Groshek Law will provide excellent service and a reasonable cost.

Everyone I spoke to at Groshek Law was so friendly, reassuring, and eager to help in any direction I wanted to go. They were willing to listen to what I had to say, and they were incredibly prompt and timely in their responses to my questions and concerns. Overall, I had nothing but a good experience.

We were represented by Mary B. Rannells Rowan in a divorce case. We lost our case because Mary negligently did not submit evidence we had given to her multiple times. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she denied it and instead blamed us stating we did not submit the evidence to her on time. I spoke to her manager and sent her the email indicating I had met Mary’s deadline and even submitted the evidence to her in person; she either lost it or was pretending to make copies of the files I handed over to her. When I bring this up to Mary, she shuts down and refuses to talk about it or acknowledge it. We were unaware of how horribly Mary had handled our case until I called the Ramsey County Court House and confirmed with them that Mary had not submitted ANY evidence on our behalf and the only evidence submitted was from the other party’s lawyer. When I explained this to Christa Groshek, the Manager, she stated that it’s all the same and doesn’t matter which lawyer submitted even though we paid Mary at least $10,000.000 to represent us. We are out of options thanks to Mary’s and Christa’s negligence. I spoke to a volunteer lawyer at Ramsey County, and she stated that what Mary did was negligent and we would not be able to appeal even on the basis that our Lawyer had made a severe mistake. She stated that our best option would be to sue Groshek Law for legal malpractice. Aside from submitting an ethics complaint to the State and Board, we now have to work with another attorney to submit a legal malpractice suit against Groshek Law and Mary B. Rannells Rowan. Beware, if you do not want more lawsuits or for your case to drag on, please do not use this scam of a law firm. Again, beware of this law firm, the positive reviews are most likely fake as I have received a solicitation form Mary requesting a positive Google review to combat what Mary believed were “fake” reviews. See her email below. Update 10/3/2025: Surprise, surprise Christa denies knowing me and avoiding any accountability what-so-ever. Christa, can you explain the email soliciting for a positive review to combat the "fake" reviews? Shows how incredibly dishonest you and Mary are, here's another screenshot of another email since you don't know who this is. Glad to see Mary acknowledging the receipt of the evidence from us way before her deadline! I have many many more emails btw :) Sincerely, See Lee Hopefully that clarifies to you who this is. :)
