  Going through a parenting time case is one of the most stressful things a parent can face, and I’m very thankful I had Kaitlyn Andren from Terzich & Ort, LLP in my corner. Kaitlyn was professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me maintain meaningful time with my son. Communication was clear, expectations were realistic, and I always felt prepared. I highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone dealing with custody or parenting time matters.

  I have been going through my divorce process for over a year. Jodi T. was completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and provided poor advice. At times, I felt like I was battling two lawyers—my own and my ex's. I spent over $30K and still did not finalize my divorce with Jodi. I had to change lawyers to get results. I then hired Jack Waltz and got divorced within a few weeks. If you choose this firm, stay away from Jodi. I work for Google and deal with lawyers regularly, and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and advocacy. Not to mention the mistakes made in my case, which led to an OFP being set with no findings—without a proper explanation of the implications for my child custody. I initially hired this firm because of their TV commercials and Google reviews, and perhaps some of their other lawyers are good—but not in my case. Divorce is draining and emotionally exhausting, so make sure you have someone by your side who will advocate for you, be responsive, be your ally, and provide the best advice. I assure you, that person is not Jodi T.—not in my case.
