  We used Gadtke Law firm to get a settlement with GM. We had a 2023 Cadillac Escalade that had a motor seize up and the truck was in repairs for 2 months. GM gave us a loaner but the truck qualified for a lemon law buyback. We wanted to deal with someone local on the case. I reached out to Todd, and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsible and responsive. He took our case on, and filed everything in on time and saw the process right through. The case was settled and we got our pay out. This was a very honest, good, and clear way handle the case. We are very happy with the payout we got.

  I’ll be honest, I didn’t actually use their services but felt compelled to leave a review as every other offices I called weren’t very helpful. I had questions about consumer protection on a denied warranty claim and the lady who answered the phone mentioned to look for an arbitration clause and file one to have the case reviewed. Of course the warranty company was not going ti mention that to me so I’m thankful for the recommendation!
