  Things happen in life that we never anticipated and it can be hard to ask for help. Both Bill and Gina are absolutely amazing at what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, Gina goes above and beyond to make sure you are supported and Bill's expertise and candor are second to none. Knowing what I know now, I wish I would have contacted them sooner. They helped alleviate the fear out of such a stressful time, I'm extremely grateful. Thank you Bill and Gina!

  Bill and Gina are awesome to work with in what was a difficult time!! We needed to file bankruptcy and they made the process easy even when dealing with one of the toughest trustees one could have dealt with. They don't sugar coat anything and are straight up honest about it as long as you are straight up and honest with them but will also go to bat for you if necessary. I also apprecaited that it was one flat fee for the service we needed no matter how much I needed to meet or email with them to get the end resolution of our case. I know not all services they provide are this way but bankruptcy filing with them is and makes it easy, come up with initial fee and then work through the process. Thanks again Bill and Gina for everything in what was a difficult time in our lives!!

  I can't recommend Bill enough. When I first saw him for a free consultation a few months ago, I was anxious and very nervous. Left feeling so much more confident. Filed my bankruptcy with him today, and I felt such a heavy burden off my shoulders. Bill is wonderful, personable and a lovely person. You can tell that he knows his stuff. The fee was reasonable compared to what other lawyers charge. If you're anxious like I was about your finances, Bill is the right person to walk you through bankruptcy. I appreciate that he is very kind but also honest. Like another reviewer said, I wouldn't want to hire someone that overly sugar coats things and isn't willing to level with you. I left his office with a very clear understanding of the process and what's to come. His legal assistant, Gina, was absolutely lovely too. Very kind and reassuring and open to questions. This office is staffed so incredibly well.

  Bill was very quick and efficient. Gina, his receptionist, was also very helpful, quick to answer emails and knows her job. I would recommend Bill. He is very blunt - which can be good. I do not want a lawyer afraid to speak his mind.
