  I was represented by. Albert Mais in a family court matter in Berrien Co. Michigan. I repeatedly asked, emailed, and even sent him a certified letter asking for my child's mental heath doctors to be subpoenaed. Not only did he not have it done, in his closing arguments mentioned that their was no psychiatrist testifying so that the court should disregard everything mentioned about her mental capabilities and understandings of the situation, but after 3 days of testimony it was too hard to unring thar bell. However every last report I have ever read from her psychiatrist was in my favor, but the court never got to hear it.
