  Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Had to start at Square 1 with me as I knew nothing. Receptionist extremely thorough and informative. Would definitely trust them with my legal needs.

  Robert & Katy are outstanding, compassionate, understanding, and list can go on. In my difficult time and unknown path how to move forward and the steps, they answered all of my questions and walked me through every step. All of my conversations with them were professional and full of all the information I needed to understand, even through my 1K questions. I can't say thank you enough to this team and how grateful I am for all of their help through a very tough point in my family's life. There is no shadow of a doubt if I ever have another probate issue I will go have this team by my side again. If you are reading this review and second guessing, there is no second guessing, this is the #1 team in my mind and heart.

  Robert has volunteered his time to mentoring new attorneys for many years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in probate administration and he has helped me out countless times. I trust him and have referred matters to him.

  I wish I could've given zero stars. This man is "UNCONSCIONABLE AND EGREGIOUS." He led me to believe that I hired him to help me settle my dad's estate and have me named as heir since under the penalty of perjury another heir chose not to on court documents. He presented me documents that stated that the other heir failed in his duties to administer the estate, all the while it appears that he was working with him and deceiving me. I found this out when he presented me documents that were dated a day after what he filed in court. When I asked for copies of what he filed, he wouldn't give them to me. I sent a letter firing him, he agreed to terminate his relationship with me, but it appears that he did not terminate his service representing the estate. A court officer informed me that I agreed for the appointment of the other heir as personal representative, I didn't. He will tell you one thing and do another, I personally feel he should be disbarred. He has no qualms lying to you and/or the court. BEWARE. His unethical behavior contributed to me not being able to inheriting one cent.

  Over price call in to inform that it was an error on the paperwork and he charge me for the call on final billing. Then he wondered why his clients running with the money. Slow to process stuff just so he can add the cost of you calling in to see the status of stuff. Almost $7,000 to help get paperwork together sold my mom house could be sold. 20 hrs =$7000 please find somebody else to get this done.
