I had to look on the website of my insurance company to find out that the final payout had been made on my case and that my was closed. However, I’m still receiving demands for payment from numerous Doctor offices where I received treatment. Michael Canner did not negotiate payments nor did he make sure any of my medical bills were paid. I had to pay some with my Medicare, but some are to old use Medicare as payment. I don’t appreciate his lack of concern nor his poor representation as an attorney on my behalf. I would never ever refer him to anyone that I know. This representation I’m sure is unethical and a grievance will be filed. I just wanted to come here and tell my story of what transpired. I trusted him to do his job and to do right by me and he failed me.
