  From the very first phone call with the lawyer all the way through to receiving my discharge papers, I never felt stressed. I didn’t even have the money upfront to afford the bankruptcy, but they worked with me and set up a payment plan that made everything manageable. I sent over my documents, they handled the rest, and before I knew it I was discharged. Thank you all again. The entire process was smooth and easy.

  I originally picked someone else because they seemed easier, but when Dunn called, I said why I was going with someone else, he talked me into going with him. My dad had to go in to pay for it to verify his identity. We set up an appointment for him to do that. He goes for the appointment which is a 30 minute drive, the receptionist takes his payment and says he's good to go, says Dunn will call me later so he leaves. I get a call 30 minutes later from the receptionist saying he needs to come back to get his ID scanned and sign the paper. I ask why because that was the whole point in him going out there. She didn't respond so I called my dad to figure that out. I call Dunn back to see if there's an alternative since we already paid, if not he can come back. Dunn answered the phone this time. He would barely let me get out a sentence before cutting me off, blamed everything on my dad leaving "too fast" and when I tried to explain he cut me off and said he'd refund the money and we'd go our separate ways. I tried defending myself saying this is bad customer service because we did nothing wrong and im just in the middle trying to figure a solution between two people but he started yelling my name over and over so I hung up. I did get my money back. The receptionist was nice but from the very beginning she was absolutely no help, and if she didnt know the answer she'd just not respond so you were left with weird awkward silence. Then when she messes up, we get yelled at over it. I do not recommend this office whatsoever.

  Filing for bankruptcy can be a daunting task; however, working with Michael Ardelean & Dunne, PLLC was the most prudent decision I could have made. The company demonstrated a genuine interest in my well-being, and entrusting them with my situation brought me a sense of relief I never thought possible. They collaborated with me every step of the way, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. The experience was seamless, the fees were extremely reasonable, and although I hope to never face this situation again, if I had to choose a company, I would select them every time. I can’t thank them enough. I’m extremely excited that because of them I am able to start the next chapter of my life.

  Wonderful experience. Michael and staff were amazing , walked me through options and gave me the best advice and care without making me feel like a horrible person Treated me as if I knew them for years / family. Highly Recommend
