The woman that answered the phone seemed to be in too much of a rush to answer my questions or even to let me explain my situation entirely. Her tone was very condescending and she just kept repeating the same words to me instead of expanding further when I asked for clarification. I'll call around to find someone that doesn't speak to me like that.
