- MMMm MJul 29, 20251.0Very disappointing! I contacted this firm on July 8th based on the reviews. My information was taken and I was told I would get a call back, which I expected. I called again on July 16 as I had not gotten a call back. I was told they have my information and that I would receive a call. It is now July 29th and I still have not received any call back from this firm. I realize that they are probably busy but to not receive ANY follow up call in almost 3 weeks is a bit ridiculous. Again, very disappointing and I would not recommend this firm just based on the lack of customer service. If they do call at some point, which I am not expecting based on the extended time that has passed, I will also be passing on hiring this firm.
