  When my husband died, I was grief sticking. A friend of mine suggested calling Mckeen and associates. I was not familiar with the process of suing, but after talking to Andy Kay and Leeann, they made me feel that I made a good choice. They were always there for me and answered all my questions and helped me through the process. Thank you so much.

  After the unexpected loss of my son, I felt completely broken and overwhelmed. Richard Counsman and his team stepped in and helped me understand what happened by demanding answers when none were being offered. They were relentless in asking the hard questions and making sure my family wasn’t dismissed or ignored. They treated my child’s life with the seriousness and respect he deserved. Throughout the entire process, their team was compassionate, responsive, and transparent at every step. I always felt supported and informed, even during incredibly painful moments.   If I could give 1 star I would. This law office held onto my case for 17 months I asked 2x to drop them when Janice talked me into staying then the last time I asked to be dropped they sent me a letter and basically told me it was now to late to sue if I chose to with someone else. This tactic with law offices need to stop. Them holding onto my case for that long instead of allowing me to seek other counsel is horrific. Seeming at that point I signed paperwork to be under McKeen & Assiciates. If you see other reviews, the same has happened to others from this establishment. I continued to ask if we missed any deadlines, I asked if I needed to do anything, they wouldn’t show me any paperwork or confirmation that they reached out to experts, I questioned a lot of things from this law firm with just pure distraction. Took months to get calls returned or follow up or follow through. Medical negligence you only have 2 years in Michigan. This was in regard to my 14 year old passing. No justice! Within 6 months they should know if they have a case if not they should release you from legal obligation!

They fought for us and were able to provide answers and long needed closure in the years it took to settle our case and pursue justice for our family.   I happened to have had an experience in my Life that required the need for an experienced Law Firm to handle. Needing expertise in the Medical Malpractice arena l hired McKeen & associates to handle the needs for my wife and I. I was very pleased with the work that Brian did an also my corroborating attorney Todd Schroeder, who I was very pleased with when all things were settled. If you are in need of Quality and experience, Schroeder at McKeen is a good choice!.
