Despite an initial agreement for representation and several months of discussion, the service was unexpectedly terminated before the case could proceed to court. This resulted in significant delays and unfortunate inconvenience. New representation discovered that a mediation and arbitration process was required, a detail that was not identified during the initial engagement. The lack of upfront investigation led to wasted time pursuing avenues that ultimately weren't viable.
