  These folks were really nice until they got their money. Then crickets. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

  I am disappointed on the way Mr. Bieber updated my estate planning documents. Due to a health crisis, we decided to review the documents and found errors in both the Wills and the Second Amendment for the Trust. The Second Codicil for the Will states “this is my first codicil” not second which now voids out this document for both my husband and I. For the Trust, he missed the update on “My Family” either though it was updated on the Second Codicil for the Wills. Three attempts were made to have this corrected with no response. Now I have to either update it myself or engage another attorney. As for my son’s estate, him and his staff were great and I thank them for that. If you have them update your estate documents, please proof them before signing and leaving the office. Once you leave, it will be very difficult to get them to correct the errors.

  Kim Lubinski completely botched my landlord-tenant case. She didn't serve both tenants, she didn't file in a timely manner (took almost a month), and when I told her the tenant moved out and gave Kim the forwarding address she didn't get the tenant served at the new address. Furthermore, I attempted to purchase a property that had previously been on a land contract. Unfortunately, the owner of that home also used this lawfirm and Bieber didn't file to remove both parties so the home couldn't be purchased. Same problem, different lawyer. I wouldn't recommend this lawfirm ever.
