  $450 for a consultation without even knowing if they will help you with someone discriminating against you. I understand if this is a defense case but when you are a college student seeking justice for damages you want to charge something crazy. I’d rather do an intake form and have you tell me yah or nah. Feels predatory. I’ve heard of $50 but this is ridiculous.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. They took me on and believed in my case when nobody else would. They listened with patience and understanding. Everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking with helped guide me to understand it all without making me feel rushed or less than. They all took their time with me and were very honest. I will forever be grateful. Special shout out to Grace for taking my case when nobody else would. Also, to David… thanks for taking the time to talk to my daughter who is considering a career in law.   I paid David Nacht $5,750 for his 2-weeks representation. I believe that the fees charged are unconscionable given the lack of performance and material errors he made. He did not know how to forward an email with attachment. I have filed a formal grievance to Michigan State Attorney Grievance Commission against David Nacht for his misconduct, including failure to provide competent representation, lack of diligence, and failure to safeguard client interests during his representation.

  I contacted Nacht Law regarding a potential employment matter and paid the $200 consultation fee. During the conversation, Fabiola told me she would return my call the following day. That call never happened. After about a week I followed up, but still received no response. It has now been roughly a month with no communication. I understand that not every case can move forward, but if someone pays for a consultation and is told they will receive a follow-up call, basic follow-through should be expected. After this review, they reached out and said they would follow up. A week later and that has not happened either. No emails or returned calls does not equal we reached out several times.
