- MMMatthewMay 24, 20241.0Roberta Winchell is an unethical lawyer. When assigned to my grandmother’s estate as executor, she has simply not done her job. She continues to bill the estate for doing apparently nothing. She also refuses to speak with beneficiaries of the estate. There has been no movement with the estate for over a year.
