- CHCheryl HajekApr 17, 20132.0Roberta Winchell will take an elderly client, separate them from their family, and within an hour create an irrevocable trust that puts her in total control of their money, health, and entire life. Beware if you go to this woman's office. She has done this to many people and once the trust is in place it is very expensive if not impossible to void the trust. My mistake in hiring her to probate an estate cost me over $250,000. She created a trust with my mentally ill relative when she had not been retained to create an irrevocable trust. She auctioned off all of my father's belongings and refused to allow any family member to even collect personal items. She even sold the flag presented by the VA. I received a garbage bag of junk after she agreed in writing to give me personal items. I received nothing I had requested. BEWARE of this lawyer.
