  I hired ms moylan back in may of this year thinking that she would be a good fit for my custody case after paying for the consultation fee and speaking with her but even after that first conversation with her she seemed more concerned with money than anything but I still proceeded to hire she was so rude every time I spoke with her and always tried to over talk me only to come back and apologize when she realized she was wrong but I paid this lady over 10000 dollars in span of a couple of months and let me tell you I couldn’t even get her on the phone to speak with her she always sent me to her paralegal who was also very rude and fast talks you she excessively billed me twice a month 1000 dollars each however in our contract she was only sapose to bill me once a month charging me for 70 dollars for a phone calls with her paralegal who can not represent me in court but for some reason she spoke with me more than the actual lawyer have I find it very selfish and inconsiderate to take over 10000 dollars from a client and barely even can get her on the phone and then she waits 3 weeks before my trial date only to ask the court to remove her from my case because she wanted another 5000 from me before trial so she could price gouge me for the money that she she was trying to steal from me again because she spent 10000 out of the trust fund account all on unnecessary reviews and phone calls and she showed up to a exception hearing and a settlement conference with me wich both together only took under 45 minutes of her time i wouldn’t recommend any young farther or any family in that matter to hire this firm she lost her compassion for her clients she’s at the stage in her career where she’s more concerned with how much money she could squeeze out of her clients more than actually having passion and genuine concern for her clients and their current situation wich is why I should’ve took the advice someone told me to go after the young new attorneys because they are fresh and they have that passion and fire in them to fight and actually care about their clients but unfortunately I was tricked into thinking hiring an older attorney would be a better option but I was totally wrong
