  The plus side to my conversation with Attorney Ed Christman was that the conversation was less than 3 minutes, and no one's time was wasted. Shame on me for assuming that when his office manager said he would be calling me back in a couple of minutes, that meant he would be interested in talking to me. He called me back like she said...albeit, 5 times in a row. When I was able to call him back (within minutes of his 1st call back), his demeanor was quite the opposite of what I expected. Especially because of how diligently he tried to connect. Trying to figure out what rating to give was tough. When it comes to an expedited, free consultation, he deserves nothing less than 5 stars. His ability to communicate also deserves nothing less than 5 stars. He clearly expressed that he was more interested in the personal bankruptcy I mentioned, not the business bankruptcy I was calling about. That said, 5 stars to clear and direct communication. Overall, however, I think I'd be considered a terrible reviewer if I gave the overall experience with him anything more than the 1-star Google mandates...if I'm supposed to share a customer service rating. This call had nothing to do with me...the customer. It appeared to have more to do with Attorney Ed determining if I was worth any more of his time. I didn't make the cut. And I am grateful it took less than 5 minutes to figure it out.

  HIS FIRM is one of the best I found out their. Worked long and hard on my case. When call or email him someone from his office responded the same day or next day. I would recommend his firm to you.
