- JJJenDec 12, 20251.0I received a call back from this firm today after reaching out about possibly hiring them for a case, and the experience was surprisingly unprofessional. Before even offering a proper greeting, the caller abruptly demanded, “Who referred you to my firm?” I explained that I actually had a scheduled call this morning and kindly asked if we could set a time to speak. She ignored that completely and repeated her question about the referral, then immediately mentioned they charge a consultation fee — all without asking what type of case I was seeking help with. The entire interaction felt brash, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. It gave me no confidence in their professionalism or client care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm. *In response to reply I received from this law office - kindly read my review. I said, “ I had a call scheduled that morning and asked if we could schedule a time to speak.” Meaning, I had an unrelated work meeting scheduled and asked if we could set a time as you called, unscheduled. You in fact, responded right away with continuing to ask me questions. Your response to my review further drives my initial review of brash and unprofessional. The nature in which you communicated was in fact, dismissive and brash especially when dealing with such a sensitive in nature case. I was genuinely taken aback by your tone and it was very discouraging. I also do wish you the best but as I stated, it was not a positive first impression to your firm.
