  Hiring Mr. Palmer to represent me in my case was the best decision I could have made. On my first appearance in court, I had 3 different people tell me what a good attorney he was. You could say Mr. Palmer actually made a small miracle happen in my case. With my prior record and my current charge, I was looking at serious time. I was extremely fortunate to have Mr. Palmer in my corner. His assistant was also extremely friendly and also worked very hard in my case. I highly recommend Mr. Palmer.   When I was going to be charged for a subsequent DUI I had a slew of lawyers reach out to me, some felt that they were simply trying to "sell" there services to me while Mr. Palmers newsletter to me felt very different. I sensed by his choice of wording and choice of sending me testimonials of former clients that he genuinely cared for his clients and sought for there best interests all factors considering. Highly educated on how to speak with states attorney and judges. From our first meeting I felt as though I was a valued family member, he said " it is my job to take the best qualities of each of my clients, put a golden frame around it and present that to the judge." I felt more confident and assured knowing he doesnt just understand law he understands the people and dynamics of the court room. Listen to his advice and you'll be better off than getting a public defender or winging it. The advice he gave me was instrumental in showcasing to the judge that I had made steps in bettering myself and that I wasnt a menace to society. Inevitably like it or not the judge is looking to see if you are an "asset" to society and no one in the Hagerstown area will do a better job of showcasing that than Mr. Palmer along with his lovely assistant Debbie.

  Years ago, I was confronted with a divorce situation that required a knowledge of our court system, far beyond my own limited experience. Martin not only took care of my legal needs, but did so with the compassion normally only displayed by a close friend.
