Upon my arrival and departure, I was not greeted with a handshake, setting a dismissive tone for the entire meeting. Despite paying a $400 fee, I received no actionable recommendations to address my concerns. The associate I met with was condescending and informed me that I had no legal basis for my issue, eventually suggesting that I compose my own letter. In fact, I found that AI tools provided more compelling verbiage and helpful advice than what was offered during this consultation. Furthermore, I felt the associate intentionally prolonged the meeting to justify the fee, only to abruptly conclude the session by looking at his watch and asking for my credit card.
