They are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. On a few occasions, I have been in a pinch and needed a court reporter the same day. Every time, they have come through for me. Their reporters are also more than willing to accommodate our "immediate" needs, that being the need for a rough draft of a transcript in very short order. I can't say enough about Planet Depos and, of course, the DiMonte family. They make me feel like "family."
