They were terrific! Worked around the clock for me and got me more than I asked for in return. Thank you again Rachel and Sybblis

I’m writing this review to share my honest experience with this law firm. Throughout my divorce process, I felt poorly communicated with, disrespected, and unsupported. The secondary attorney assigned to me spoke to me in a condescending tone on more than one occasion — even raising her voice at me when I tried to shorten a meeting to save on costs. I eventually reported her behavior to the head attorney (Ms. Sybblis) because it was unprofessional and unacceptable to me as a client. During my trial, I overheard her tell the head attorney (Ms. Sybblis) — with a smile and excitement — that my case might extend into a third day. It made me upset because this was a painful and very expensive process. That moment made it painfully clear that client costs and stress were not a concern. The only reason the trial didn’t go to a third day was because I personally spoke up and said I wanted to move on with my life. If I hadn’t done that, the trial would have been long and drawn out for absolutely no reason at all besides billing. I was also switched from the head attorney to the one who handled my case without any notice or consent. The handling of evidence felt rushed and unorganized, and there was little empathy or understanding shown throughout the process. While I understand divorce cases can be complex, I expected professionalism, empathy, and consistent communication — none of which I received. I left feeling the firm was more focused on billing than truly helping clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Update to Rebuttal: I appreciate your response. However, I stand by my review as an honest account of my personal experience. I found the communication and professionalism during my case to be concerning, and the way I was treated left me feeling disrespected and unsupported. While I understand that legal work can be complex, it’s disappointing to see personal details and private communications disclosed here publicly. I also want to note that disclosing private details from a client matter in a public response may raise confidentiality concerns. I would ask that my personal communications and case details not be shared publicly. My intent in sharing my review was to inform others of my experience — not to engage in conflict. I wish your firm well moving forward. Update: Thank you for changing the review after I raised confidentiality concerns about the initial one. It’s SO unfortunate that I had to point out a confidentiality concern to an attorney’s office in the first place and that alone says a lot about my experience.
