  Hello so I hired Mark from ms.kirchner office and he was great very knowledgeable of the law if I called with questions he always answered the phone or would call right back and mark handled his business in the court room I'm from VA and didn't no any great criminal lawyer in md. But do now I would hire Mark again hope I never have to but he's the man thank you mark and ms.kirchner office

  I am writing to address the concerns regarding the work completed and the associated billing of Kathleen Kirchner. It has come to my attention that there are discrepancies in the hours billed and the nature of the work performed. As per our agreement, payment is contingent upon work that is actually and reasonably performed. Upon review, it appears that the time sheets provided do not align with the work completed. Furthermore, the files delivered back to me were found to be identical to the original files provided, raising questions about the billed hours. Specifically, as an example, the charges related to work on a certain real estate firm, are questionable given the lack of substantial work in that area. These discrepancies, along with others, lead me to believe that there are erroneous charges that border on fraudulent billing. As a resolution, I am requesting a refund of $5000 for the inaccurately billed hours. In an effort to reach an expedited resolution, I am willing to accept a settlement of $2500. I trust that we can promptly resolve this matter in an amicable manner. Please confirm receipt of this request and your willingness to proceed with the proposed resolution.

  I had a wonderful experience with Kathleen while she helped me draft a prenuptial agreement. She was very communicative and her team was always very helpful when I reached out. Kathleen was always patient and helpful when I asked her all of my questions. I definitely recommend her!
