Paperwork was incomplete, we had to contact their office on multiple mistakes and we were still not moving forward with filing probate after a month. We took action and left the firm for another legal practice. After apologies for some of their errors, they didn’t forward all of our paperwork that we had paid for! At a time when you are mourning a family member who has died, you don’t need the stress of an incompetent law firm who is only interested in your payments! Needless to say, our experience was not positive in any fashion.
