  Patrick Curley is simply amazing! We were in the process of applying for Mass Health for our 98 year old mom who had recently been admitted to a nursing home facility and we ran into issues with a family trust. Patrick had reviewed the trust for us a few years prior to this admission and we were very pleased with his work. We didn't hesitate to reach out to him for his help. This was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we explained what the issues were he was on board. He took the pressure and stress of this daunting process away and went to work.   Curley Law Firm has been in my family's corner for quite some time now. Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. At first, I thought I could do it, but No Way! Att. Budman, Lynne and Debbie handled everything with the nursing home, MA Health, insurance co, etc. Not only did my mom and my siblings have far less stress, we were able to retain much more assets because of the Curley Law Firm.
