  Tom Marino and his team were AMAZING! I went through 2 offers that fell through and he always gave such great advice for how to proceed, what to avoid, and why it mattered. We connected so much as he walked me extensively through the documents and explained to me everything that needed my attention, really taking the stress away from buying a new home. Even when confused, a quick call never was too out of the question. Him and his team were always so attentive to me, getting to the root of any questions I had, and making sure I was set up in the best possible way. Amy Palone was also PHENOMENAL! I worked closely with her throughout my home buying journey and it was such a dream. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Real Estate Attorney! And would definitely use them again for my next home :).

  Tom and his team handled the legal matters for the sale of our Massachusetts home. We were relocating out of state so we couldn’t attend the closing. Tom and his team overcame multiple Covid-19 obstacles put in place by the state and my banking institution to deposit the proceeds into our account. His team did this despite having to make a specific a appointment and travel to a distant branch of the bank to do so. Tom personally called and provided updates on the process. Tom and his team far exceeded our expectations for customer service.
