We connected so much as he walked me extensively through the documents and explained to me everything that needed my attention, really taking the stress away from buying a new home. Even when confused, a quick call never was too out of the question. Him and his team were always so attentive to me, getting to the root of any questions I had, and making sure I was set up in the best possible way. Amy Palone was also PHENOMENAL! Tom and his team overcame multiple Covid-19 obstacles put in place by the state and my banking institution to deposit the proceeds into our account. His team did this despite having to make a specific a appointment and travel to a distant branch of the bank to do so. Tom personally called and provided updates on the process. Tom and his team far exceeded our expectations for customer service.
