  John Cascarano is the real deal! He is an AMAZING family attorney who doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but tells you what is realistic. I was going through a complicated divorce with multiple assets involved, had two previous attorneys before I hired John, and they both procrastinated; my divorce case was open for 18 months. My case involved domestic violence, an angry ex-husband, two kids, and multiple properties. When John took over the case, he made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He is responsive, always answered all of my questions/concerns in a timely manner. He didn't bullshit me and make promises that were unrealistic; he knew the courts and is very skilled and knowledgeable in family/probate law. After I hired him, he wrote up a settlement that I agreed with and that was acceptable to the judge and the ex-husband. And within 1 month of hiring John, the judge granted my divorce. If I had stayed with my previous attorneys, this case would probably still be ongoing. His fees are reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend John Cascarano Jr. as a divorce attorney —he is no-nonsense!

  John Cascarano’s clarity and fairness turned a difficult divorce into the foundation for healthy co-parenting, and our children are thriving because of it. I recently recommended John to a friend who needed support. John was actually the opposing counsel representing my husband during my divorce. During that difficult time, I was emotional and not always thinking clearly, but John brought fairness, strength, and clarity to the process. Because of his guidance, the outcome truly protected everyone’s rights while keeping the focus on what was best for the children. Today, we’re not just successful co-parents, but also good friends, and our children are thriving.   Hired this attorney in a divorce modification related matter. John Cascarano completely turned on me, becoming more of an advocate for my ex than me who hired him. I had to hire another attorney to clean up the mess he made; Unreliable, not trustworthy and a completely useless attorney, if you ask me. Will not recommend him to anyone.
