  This is what I can tell you about the Law Office of Meridith Gregory..There are two reviews regarding overcharging and billing mistakes. First, Attorney Gregory received a formal reprimand from the NH Supreme Court regarding her billing practices. She was instructed to change her billing practices. SHE HAS NOT. SHE INSTRUCTED HER CLIENT NOT TO PAY COURT ORDERED CHILD AND SPOUSAL SUPPORT, SHE THEN OVERBILLED AND FRIVOLOUS BILLED AND USED MY COURT ORDERED PAYMENTS FOR SPOUSAL AND CHILD SUPPORT TO FUND HER OFFICE. AT ALMOST 10,000 PER MONTH. FRAUDULENT CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHEETS, FRAUDULENT MOTIONS, FRAUDULENT FINANCIAL AFFIDAVITS. THIS WOMAN IS A CRIMINAL. MY MARITAL FUNDS PAID OFF HER IRS LIEN OF OVER $48,000. HER FORMER ASSOCIATE CONFIRMED THE SCHEME. SHE WEBT THROUGH 6 ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS IN 6 MONTHS. RED FLAG. I DO GIVE HER KUDOS ON BEING THE BEST PATHOLOGICAL LIAR I HAVE EVER MET. HER OWN FILINGS AND HEARING AUDIOS WILL BE GETTING HER DISBARRED. THAT'S WHEN JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.

  It's very unfair when they charge hourly rate, but intentionally ignore, omit or make mistakes leading to extra charges. Clearly they are not on their client's side. I ended up getting nothing achieved but money and time lost dealing with them.

  This attorney has been a tremendous asset to my family. She is very prepared and very diligent. Her associate attorney Sorina Puzo is a budding star. And all of the people that she works with are very nice and helpful. Her Paralegal Amanda is very nice and very good at what she does. A special thank you on behalf of myself and my family to Attorney Gregory and her staff. edit: important edit- attorney Gregory was my trial attorney in a contested case in which custody was modified. In other words, she is a winning attorney. She is super prepared and excels at examination, cross examination, and re-direction.

  I had an excellent experience with attorney Meridith G-Gallant. She helped won my case. There was nothing more I could ask for than winning my custody battle!!!
