Had first consultation with Pall, told him I wanted to get family member into a nursing home and asked for help regarding MassHealth application for long term care for them. Got doctor note and everything to start the process, received a call two weeks later from someone that works in their office and called back to get in touch with them, left a message to the secretary but never heard back. Very displeased and disappointed in the way they run their operation. Took the $300 deposit for the first consultation and never heard back. Looks like they just want the money. Would never recommend them.
