  I hired Heather during one of the most traumatic times in my life. I was dealing with false accusations from a toxic ex that affected my relationship with my children, and my girlfriend had a similar case with Heather at the same time. We both trusted Heather based on recommendations — but unfortunately, our experiences were incredibly disappointing. I spent over $6,000 trying to get clarity on a parenting-time schedule and rarely got direct answers. Months would go by without updates, calls were never returned, and I was left in the dark constantly. My girlfriend spent over $10,000 and received the same treatment , ignored messages, unanswered questions, and in the end, Heather said there was “nothing she could do.” What’s worse is that my ex shared emails from Heather that we had never even received. This made us question where our money actually went and whether we were being misled the entire time. It felt like she took advantage of us at our lowest and never delivered what we paid for. If you’re looking for someone to advocate for you, keep you informed, and actually do the work, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You will get put through the ringer with so many unanswered questions, and regret for hiring her.
