After speaking at length with an assistant regarding my issue, I was told they would contact me in a few days to discuss my case. Instead, I got a generic email saying that they were not interested in helping me. Didn't give a reason as to why they think my case is unwinnable or challenging, just that they're gonna pass. How is that a consultation? Tell me WHY you declined providing service so I am not spinning my wheels pursuing something unwinnable. Oh and a nice little reminder at the bottom of the email stating to not bother replying to the email because the account is "unmonitored". Bad form all around.
