  This is my third case with Morgan & Morgan, all dealing with vehicle accidents where I was hit and harmed by careless drivers. I may have been unfortunate in those accidents, but I was extremely fortunate to have attorneys from Morgan & Morgan doing great work to get me settlement compensation and medical care each time. Can’t thank them enough! Hopefully, I’m through being a vehicle accident test dummy. But, if not, I’ve got Morgan & Morgan on speed dial! Thanks to the team of Ashley Cassone and Jacqueline Stevens for their great performance and support on my most recent case!!!

  Morgan & Morgan is top of the line! Professional staff who indeed put their clients first! I don’t regret my choice choosing them whatsoever and will continue to work with them in the future. they are definitely my go to and i enjoy how transparent they are with me about my case. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

  So far doing the questions online was very easy and understandable. Most questions for other teams were hard but Morgan and Morgan made it very easy and understandable for people that have a hard time with things like this. I gave yall 5 stars because of that reason so far .and the case manger for emails to let me know what to do and email back or text or call if I had any questions. So far good .

  One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company. They are definitely not for the people as their slogan goes. You are just a number and that’s exactly how you are treated. There is little to no communication at all levels. I had been with Morgan and Morgan for my car accident for the last 6 months and was almost at the litigation stage. I was told by the paralegal 2 days in a row that my attorney would be calling me and she just never called. I sent follow up texts with no response. I finally had to send an email to the whole team and got a call back from the attorney, which might as well have been a robot. When she finally called me, she was not empathetic at all, and when I told her about my bad experience, she got defensive and defended the paralegal instead of taking the whole situation into account. She talked very harshly and just kept saying that she’s always busy in court. I ended up calling corporate to complain and instead of seeing the situation for what it was, which in my opinion was incompetence and a lack of empathy they dropped my case just like that. Then not even a half an hour later I get texts from other litigation lawyers that said I was referred to them by Morgan and Morgan… Lol. I have now found my own attorney, who actually talks to you with respect and has an interest in me as an actual person rather than just how they can line their pockets. If you want to be talked to disrespectfully, have no communication and basically be scolded when you request communication, be dropped like a hot potato after months of being their client, and deal with horrible customer service, then go with them. But if you want to be treated with respect and not feel like you are just a number then I would highly suggest you going with a different law firm. I literally cannot express how bad their customer service is and I am so relieved to not be represented by them anymore!

  Any case u have: Morgan and Morgan are REALLY FOR THE PEOPLE!!! I Called couple lawyers and one was so rude, he kept talking over me and interrupting me: it was a mess! But Morgan and Morgan firm is very professional and they really do care, regardless if the case is big or may seem small. I'm very grateful to my friend, who told me to give them a call, when I told her about my case and what happened with other lawyers. Best advice ever!!
