  I cannot say enough about Seth. From the second I reached out to him, he treated me as if I were his only client. He was personable, caring, honest and accessible. Beyond that, he was always authentic. He was able to keep me calm and assured even when things got stressful and downright scary.   I was in a bicycle vs car accident in 2022–the first time I’ve ever been hit while on my bike, so, that in itself was scary. The injury was very painful and it was clear early on that it was going to take me out of work for many months, with many months of physical therapy (and eventual surgery). In the beginning, I attempted handling the legal things on my own, but between the pain of the injury and the intense post-accident anxiety I had to manage (and never having been in an accident as an adult), I decided to get expert help. When I asked around the bicycling community, the answer was resoundingly to get in touch with Zisson & Jacobs, as they focus specifically on bicycles cases and understand its intricacies. Their expertise aside, they also immediately made me feel like my case mattered—not because I had an exceptionally serious injury or the driver was uncooperative, just because I was a human being who had been hurt. They truly act their ethos—that they see what they do as providing a service to the cycling community, no matter the “size” of the case. They made a very painful, confusing, and scary situation considerably less so, I could not recommend them enough. If you are a someone who was in an accident and need legal support, these are your people.
