  For the people is a JOKE. I was strung along for 3 MONTHS! I was injured I had a black still have a scar still have discoloration and they waited 3 months to tell me my case is too small for them. Then passed me along to another firm who wasted my time. Exactly what money making people not for the people that is an absolute INSULT!

  I hired Morgan & Morgan after an automobile accident where my insurance company determined I was not at fault. They reviewed the facts, accepted my case, sent me to chiropractic treatment for two months while telling me everything was moving forward. After months of “negotiations” and extremely poor communication whenever I tried to contact them for status on my case I was suddenly told today the other driver’s insurance claimed they were not at fault and that my case was now “word vs word.” At that point, Morgan & Morgan decided it was no longer in their interest to continue and dropped the case. To be clear: the circumstances of the accident did not change. What changed was their willingness to pursue it once it stopped looking easy or profitable. This firm presents itself as a fighter for regular people, but my experience was that they are quick to walk away when a case requires real effort or risk. Clients should understand that being accepted as a case does not mean they’ll stand by you through the process. If you’re looking for a law firm that will stay committed when things get difficult, think very carefully before choosing Morgan & Morgan. Edit: Morgan & Morgan responded to this review by apologizing to “my husband.” For clarity: I am the client. I am not married. I do not have a husband. This kind of careless, template-based response perfectly reflects how my case was handled.

  I had a car crash represented by John Morgan about 25 years ago in Florida.. Which is why I chose to contact them once again after getting into a car crash on the icy roads of Massachusetts which seems like a million Miles away. After calling I somehow felt closer to home thank you Mr Morgan, for putting together the team you have that has been, and will always be for the people. I look forward to having some peace of mind after this terrifying accident. 🙏

  Had zero interest in defending workplace harassment/retaliation law suit, with clear ADA/accommodation process violations and potential whistleblower claims against a national corporation of over 5k employees. Intake/"consultation" was minimalist, consisting of answering basic questions without an attorney present and receiving a case #. Lacked the common decency to even contact and inform me in a timely fashion they had no interest and were instead "referring the case". Had to call myself to figure this out. Have heard nothing from anyone.
