  Attorney Malgorzata Mrozek was extremely helpful regarding a business contract matter that needed to be arbitrated. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent, and efficient. She was quickly able to strategize and tell me what needed to be done - which unfortunately, meant that I could not work with her as I had to get a New York attorney for the arbitration. I would have hired her in a minute. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into it, Attorney Mrozek.

  Jeff and the team were very helpful in addressing a concern I had in my divorce paperwork from 2009! Communication was very fast and even on the weekend! Jeff was very friendly and easy to talk to and addressed my concern to my satisfaction. Thanks to y'all over there at Fitch Law!

  I had an attorney working on my case for a year before Jeff takes over. When I first time met Jeff, my case was in a devastating situation, because there were many potential problems, that were not address correctly, in the agreement and I was chased by the ex-husband attorney for unreasonable fees. Jeff spend extra time to review the supporting evidence in details and quickly put an action plan together. Within a month he had the ex-husband attorney to agree waiving whatever the fees before. His negotiation skill is beyond excellence. Meanwhile he was helping and educating me how this divorce negotiation works. Working with he, he took off a lot the stress from my shoulder, I started to be able put myself together, so I could think clearly what kind life I want in the future. He defiantly knows the court system, paper works, your rights and what the law says very well. He helps me to think what I can give up to exchange for things that are more important to me. I am very thankful to settle the case without a trail. I was able to retained most of what I wanted out of the divorce and came to a reasonable asset division, parenting agreement and child custody. Jeff is compassionate, honest, well-experienced and highly skilled. If you have a complexity case, Jeff is the one I will highly recommended.

  I was in a tough situation: my ex-wife had abused my son, the courts and Child Welfare was involved, and I didn't know what to do. The lawyer who'd handled my divorce had always been inconsistent, providing noncommittal advice when he bothered to respond at all. I couldn't afford to be left hanging again. I literally googled "Best Family Lawyer" and Fitch came up. After reading a few of the bios, I decided to reach out to Attorney Jeff Soilson, and it changed my life. We set up an appointment via email, and I went to his office. The place was so phenomenal that I was intimidated, but Jeff was kind and empathetic, even to a small-potatoes guy like me, who just desperately needed guidance. And he knew so much. Whereas my previous lawyer gave hypotheticals ( Judges sometimes go up, sometimes go down), Jeff gave a concrete set of options, with recommendations based on his experience (Judge John Doe usually goes up, but if he goes down, I'd draw up a motion for it to be down and to the left). Again and again, the things he told me would happen happened. What motion would be continued, what to file and when, who to tak to about what service; it was incredible. I don't go around writing reviews, but I think about how lost I was, and how fortunate I was to find Jeff Soilson, and I just have to put this out there, so that other people in my situation can maybe squeeze a little justice out of a broken system, like Jeff helped me to do. If you want a lawyer who is sharp, responsive, informed, empathetic, and practical, go to Fitch Law Partners and ask for Jeffrey Soilson. What he's done for my family, I'll never forget.

  I feel fortunate that I had Kristine Cummings representing me and my interests in a long, drawn-out divorce. Kristine is sympathetic, caring, and compassionate as well as professional, charismatic and tough. She has a way of explaining things to me that both calms my nerves and helps me understand the complex laws and issues we are faced with. She is extremely diligent, hard-working and knowledgeable.
