  I had a tenant who one day decided to try to blackmail me to get his lease extended. It happened to be the very same guy who left the negative review for this law firm. I reached out to Carl Lindley specifically because he dealt with this tenant in the past. Involving Carl was a great decision. He got my tenant out quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this law firm.

  Carl assisted me with a question about tenant rights in the case of a fire. He was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction immediately following up in email with links to available resources. He acted in my best interests giving me sound, accurate legal advice rather than pointing me in a direction that could have led to more billable hours for his firm. It was much appreciated. This type of quality, thoughtful customer service will certainly serve to reverse the negative stigma lawyers often receive.

  The negative review is written by an angry professional tenant whom I had the misfortune of running into through an Airbnb rental. Mr. H threatened me, court officials, the judge and blackmailed Attorney Lindley. Carl Lindley did an incredible job of protecting me through the long and difficult process of legal eviction. He is a wise man with extensive experience. Attorney Lindley puts his heart and soul into his work and goes the extra mile for clients.
