  I was referred to Reagan Toledano by another reputable attorney. I was impressed with Reagan’s professionalism. I especially appreciated that he never rushed me with important decisions. He always encouraged me to think it over and weigh the pros and cons in order for me to be most comfortable with my decision about my case. The staff at Toledano law made me feel comfortable and always made sure that my questions were answered in a timely manner. I am pleased with the service that was provided to me.

  The most important job for an attorney, in my opinion, is to make things happen. Reagan got requests for documents out immediately upon taking my case. He quickly evaluated what took place on my claim prior to the cessation of benefits by The Hartford. I became an injury claim/liability insurance adjuster in 1988, so I thought I understood the claims process. I’ve learned that ERISA cases are different, and thankfully Reagan was there to develop the evidence necessary to win my appeal. I was referred to Reagan by another attorney, who recognized his expertise in this area. I am forever grateful for all the time, energy, and hard-work, that he put into my case. After having suffered without disability income (from a policy I helped pay for), Reagan won my appeal!!!

  I didn’t think I would need sn attorney after 10 years on disability but I did. I was out there floating alone and fighting the battle for the wrongful termination of my benefits. I encountered some who wouldn’t look at the case because there wasn’t enough fat on the bone but yet it was my means of survival that was taken from me. I found 3 firms interested in my case. After speaking with them, my choice was clear. Reagan was clearly where I needed to put my faith. He actually reviewed the case before accepting it, he didn’t give me false hope but clearly believed in the case. Today, we prevailed with my claim reinstated. It took a huge toll on my life but to regain some of the financial burden helps. Reagan and Kim were a great team to work with and they earned something very valuable, my trust.
