For a law firm, that level of poor communication right out of the gate is concerning. First impressions matter, and failing to return a prospective client’s call shows a lack of organization and follow-through. If communication is this lacking before representation even begins, it’s hard to have confidence in how a case would be handled. Would not recommend a law firm that starts off on the wrong foot.
