- JVJaquelin VillanuevaOct 20, 20251.0Hace 11 años me vi obligada a emigrar a Estados Unidos en el año 2014 , huyendo de la maldad de mi cónyuge ( quién abusó física sex....y verbalmente ) ., y me dieron muy buenas recomendaciones sobre el abogado ( entre ello que a él no le gustaba perder sus casos ) pero creo con el pasar de los años a cambiado. El nueve de Julio de éste año tenia cita en las oficinas de migración, solicité una cita con el abogado para el dia primero del mismo mes ., me aconsejara que hacer ( tomando en cuenta la situación que hoy dia está sucediendo y que en todos estos años nunca falté a ninguna cita. ninguna corte , tratando siempre de hacer las cosas bien ( Él abogado me dijo que definitivamente no podia faltar a mi cita con migración porque perdería mis derechos y irían por mi .... wow Prácticamente 10 años trabajando con él , pagando para que me representara en todo momento y no hizo absolutamente nada para evitar me deportaran . Estuve detenida 2 dias en la carcel de Mississippi y luego 11 dias en la carcel de Migración . Y cuando mi familia explicó lo sucedido , su respuesta fue ; No hay nada que se pueda hacer ....
