They asked me to send her medical records, which I did. Every time I call I get either the voice mail or a staff member telling me the person reviewing the case is out of the office. This was in December 2017, it's now May 2018 and I still haven't heard anything. If I have no case, either email me or send me a letter in the mail if you don't wish to speak with me. Highly Unprofessional......
