  Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Janet Floyd has been extremely disappointing. Communication is a major issue—calls go unanswered, and she is unavailable outside of a single day a week (Wednesdays), which severely limits access to support. Even on those days, she has not been reliable or consistent in showing up for scheduled appointments. There is a concerning lack of attention to detail, as she frequently fails to recall critical case information, including client names or locations. Throughout engagement with her, there was little to no communication regarding case progress or legal strategy, leaving me uninformed and unprepared. This level of service is unacceptable in a profession where someone's freedom is on the line. I hope Dr. Floyd reevaluates her professional priorities and invests the same energy into her legal practice as she does in her ministry. Until then, I cannot in good faith recommend her services to anyone in need of competent legal representation.
