- EJErica JonesDec 7, 20241.0I remember I went to jail because my kids dad came to my house n hit me. I told him to get out and he hit me again. I got my bat n hit him to protect myself and my kids. I called the police n I went to jail. She was my lawyer and she didn’t even know what happened. She said at least they knocked it down . I spoke for myself. I ask the judge if u r at my house and I ask you to leave what to you suppose to do. He said leave and I said well he hit me and I hit back n I went jail from my address. The judge said u live at the address and I said yes. He dropped anything and than he dismissed the case. I was so happy. I had to speak for myself.
