  I had a GREAT experience working with Ross Downs Law Firm. My attorney, Ross Downs, was knowledgeable, professional, and truly dedicated to getting the best outcome for my case. He made sure I understood everything throughout the process and always kept me informed. A special thank you to my paralegal, Kristen Bowen. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was patient, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. She made the entire experience much less stressful. The whole team was supportive, communicative, and genuinely cared about me and my situation.   I would like to brag on Teresa Lynn, she is such a friendly, outgoing, sparkly, kind of girl. She is such a big help when you come in. She greets you with a friendly smile, and makes your experience a plus and she always has a smile on her face throughout your visits. It is such a blessing to have a friendly person at at place of business, because they are the first person you see and the last person you see on the way out.
