Back in July 2021, I closed on my house and the buyer, Todd Normand chose this title place as Charles Blaize (the owner) was a close friend of his. Somehow, they planned and wrote up a phony escrow agreement for some window replacements that screwed me for $14,500. Go elsewhere, there are many more title places out there with way better integrity and ethics.
