  If I could give him 0 stars I would. Please do not do business with David especially when it comes to white collar Crimes. White collar is apparently not his specialty. He will help the government throw you away. After he scheduled me a debrief meeting with the feds him and them assured me if I plead guilty for my own loan application in which someone else did I would not get jail time. This caused me to give up my rights to a fair trial. David called me in to his office to sign a plea deal and did not read it to me thoroughly after he knew I was under prescribed medical marijuana. He did not inform me that I would have to give up a family members Mercedes per the plea deal. He also told me not to contest the names of loan applications I didn’t do because I would quote on quote lose points in the federal system and our goal was to keep me out of jail. Well, after taking his legal advice I was sentence to four years in federal prison with almost 900,000 in restitution although I only received 20k on a loan that I qualified for & I personally didn’t do majority of the other loans that were done. I was held responsible for every loan that was done and the repayment of them all. The people that actually did the loans for themselves, their friends, their family and their spouses weren’t in trouble at all. Immediately after I was sentenced he quickly withdrew from the case. As I began to seek other appeal attorney’s they brought to my attention that the plea deal that I entered while under a prescribed medication waived my rights to any restitution reduction, any sentence reduction and any claims of ineffective counseling. He didn’t even explain this to me neither did he tell me that I had to speak in court on behalf of my actions until the day of sentencing. He did not have my best interest even after I spent over 20,000 with him two years before any indictment all he did was take my money. He did not have my back. Please do not deal with him. He will work hand in hand with the government to throw you away.
