  Whitney Davis represented me in a custody case and we were able to obtain an order for exactly what I wanted. She was patient, kind, and extremely professional through the duration of the entire case. Whitney never hesitated to answer my questions along with her assistant Hunter Scott. Whitney created an environment where I could comfortably speak what I was feeling and helped me feel validated in the reasons why I was going through with the case. The one thing I really loved about Whitney was that although she was of course on my side, she made sure to help me understand when I may be setting the bar too high making sure I am fully prepared on what to expect on outcomes. Never once was I blindsided by any outcome because Whitney took the time to explain and prepare us for all possibilities. I can’t thank her and Hunter enough for all the work they put into my case. I would highly recommend Whitney and the other attorneys in the office. They are determined and know what they are doing. Will be forever grateful to them!

  This office is the most unknowable, unprofessional, and retainer robbers I have ever seen. I hired Tracy I paid 4,000$ and have seen her 2 times i never get to talk to her only her cronies at the law office. She was unable to attend 2 of my court dates and gave me troxler to step in and she had gotten the details of my divorce and custody case only a few days before and went to court and acted like a nervous child fresh out of law school while the opposing party’s lawyers was much more direct and aggressive. Troxler appeared nervous, stuttering throughout her questioning and refusing to listen to my concerns about how the court was going. I have since reached out to other attorneys who have told me it is well known that many clients leave this law firm because they are garbage. I beg you to read this review and to not waste your money on these clowns.

  Several years ago, I hired Marie Troxler to help me with my divorce. That case was truly one of the most difficult times of my life. The psychological trauma I experienced in that marriage is something that I still feel the effects of today and probably always will. I have been meaning to do a review ever since and I think of her often. As someone who worked within the legal system myself for years, I was no stranger to the system or local attorneys. I had been working with another attorney initially and felt I had no choice but to find someone else. By the time I found myself sitting across from Marie I was at the most broken I have ever been. I cried talking to Marie about the relief she gave me during the very first conversation. She was so patient, attentive, understanding, and skilled. I know that being an attorney is her profession, but I often wonder if she realizes the profound, positive impact she makes on people’s lives. I felt like I could breathe for the first time in years when she took my case. She came into the situation at the end and absolutely cleaned house! She thoroughly reviewed everything that had happened already and immediately took action. The divorce was finalized in a way that I was at peace with so quickly and finally, I was able to start moving beyond it. I never needed to prod her to work on my case. I didn’t have to call and ask for updates or remind her of anything. She simply accepted my case and hit the ground running. I felt completely comfortable with my case in her hands. The last thing a woman needs in a divorce is the added layer of fear that their attorney is not going to make their case a priority and handle it well. I am forever grateful to her, would recommend her to anyone, and she would be my first call if I ever needed legal help again.
