  I am very happy with Morgan and Morgan. They are very attentive to my needs each and every time between the client team and lawyers they show up and show out for me every time. Morgan and Morgan is my preferred attorney to go to for all of my needs

  As of now it’s a one star for me. Someone hit me and my kids. I was recommended to Morgan And Morgan and yes, initially they were communicative and seemed to have my best interest, but now they don’t respond. I have received none of the paperwork pertaining to my case I’ve seen none of the numbers in regards to the services . Nor have I received my medical bills .. I know nothing about anything going on and then they sent me something to sign and since I’ve signed it, I haven’t heard from them. Luckily, for me, I take pictures and keep recordings of everything. So as it stands, I know nothing about my case or any of the funds from such. My car was totaled out and I received minimal pay for a car that I put my everything into. I now have nothing so thanks. I thought you all were for the people. Laughable. 3/25 update: First, I would like to respond to the comment I emailed and use the number that you provided the number immediately hung up on me not once but three times and the email has yet to respond to me. I even provided you with my legal name seeing as I use an alias here on my review reviews. Now I called Morgan And Morgan This morning and had several different people answer the phone, all of which were very useless and unhelpful UNTIL I SPOKE WOTH NINA!! And I would like to thank her for escalating my situation seeing us she could already see where I had been calling in messaging for a while now my case workers have 24 to 48 hours to respond let’s see how this goes! I definitely don’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!

  I was in a car accident in August 2024 and reached a settlement in March 2026. For those unfamiliar with the process like I was: in kentucky, Morgan & Morgan will charge a 40% fee even if your case doesn't go to court. On a $23,000 recovery, their fee was $9,200. The good news is my other case fees were only $451, which is very low for a 2-year case. After those fees, $13,348 remained. They are currently holding an $825 'trust fee' and a $300 'cost deposit; leaving me with $12,223 for now. "More Advice: make sure to ask for an itemized statement for any money held in trust. If that money isn't paid to third parties (like doctors), it should be returned to you once the hold period ends. I'm thankful to be alive and have this resolved
