  Wow, where to start with this review. Let me start by stating that I highly recommend this law firm. Me and my wife have never had a reason to hire a law firm or have ever been in trouble. Finding the right law firm and attorney was an extremely intimidating process and one that honestly just wasn't a great experience. From free consultations to feeling a way about the attorney's we had come across, I can't say enough about how great it felt to find this law firm. What stood out to us was the fact that they have several attorney's that deal in "complex custody cases" in family law in Jefferson County. Our situation was complex and it was one that would affect our family for years to come whether the outcome would be good or bad. We could not afford to get it wrong. We prayed. We prayed and we found Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C. The first person we ever spoke to went by the name of Faith. Imagine that. Faith led us to Emily C., an attorney at the law firm. Emily was so sweet, understanding and quickly understood the laws pertaining to our complex case. That felt good. After the consultation we knew immediately that this was the law firm and this was the right attorney for us. When we called, she answered. When we had questions they had answers. Even though we felt wronged, we were explained the legalize of the situation which brought us down to earth in regards to Kentucky law and family court law in Jefferson County. We needed that. But we also needed hope. This law firm worked day and night to make our family whole. It led to a real "complex case" as we suspected and the team here actually won a Writ of Prohibition/Mandamus "used in rare cases" an especially rare win in custody issues. In a world where you don't know if you have people that even though you pay them, will actually choose you over the institution, that will fight for you -- this was a true gem of a law firm and one that provided us with that justice. More than anything we just really want to thank them. It meant a lot to us.

  Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C. were excellent to work with. I’m an attorney in Michigan and needed assistance preparing a transfer deed for a client who owns property in Kentucky. I worked with Attorney Edward Weinberg and legal assistant Miriam Rodriguez, and they were both outstanding throughout the process. Edward was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was handled properly under Kentucky law. Miriam was incredibly helpful and efficient in coordinating the details and keeping things moving smoothly. Their team made what could have been a complicated out-of-state transaction very straightforward.   I can't recommend this family law office enough, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Emily. Navigating family legal matters can be incredibly stressful and emotional, but Emily made the entire process so much more manageable. From our first meeting, she was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my many questions, and always kept me informed about the progress of my case. Emily is not only a brilliant lawyer but also a genuinely kind person who truly cares about her clients.   If you are looking for a trial litigation attorney, can not recommend John Cox enough. Extremely well prepared. A great job on preparing me for the witness stand. PS: Won the judgement.
